Hi Nick,
Thanks to the members of the Civil Service Athletic Association (CSAA) for sharing your collection of running resources. Our community centre is hosting a youth triathlon next month in collaboration with our local K-12 schools. You listed some great sites for runners to share with the participants! We really appreciate the help! I also wanted to pass along this guide my volunteer Stacey found: Triathlon Resource.
Not only are there some fantastic running resources for all ages, but there's swimming & cycling training guides too. Stacey was very excited to share it with you! She competed in her first 5K last month and thought other runners and athletes would enjoy it as much as we have!
Do you mind adding it to your Links page for us? (www.csaa.org.uk/links.html) Stacey is getting class credit at school for volunteering her time at our centre, so I'd love to show her teacher if you add it. The end of the year report cards come out shortly and she could really use some help. Please get back to me when you have a chance! Thank youuuu.
Sincerely,
Lisa Echevarria
